A+D Studio has been commissioned to design a new residential development for the over 55's located to the rear of an existing Victorian house in Empingham.

A+D Studio have created a proposal for two single storey dwellings within the grounds of the existing house whilst maintaining sufficient green space so as not to overcrowd.

Each dwelling has a walled south facing private courtyard and windows are carefully positioned to avoid overlooking between the dwellings and neighbouring properties.
