Holiday Homes, Rutland
A+D Studio were commissioned to undertake a feasibility study to develop a new holiday home complex in Rutland comprising a first phase of 14 units each accommodating up to eight people with the prospect of up to a further 14 units, shop and tourist information facilities in a second phase.
