This conceptual urban design develops a vacant site in Moscow with a total area of 3.1 ha comprising 1.52ha of residential and 1.58ha office park.
The office park comprises two buildings each up to 7 storeys each of about 2000 sqm with underground car parking giving a total net floor area of 27440 sqm. The top floors are designed with large terraces to accommodate functions and giving scenic views of the city.
Special attention has been given to the requirement that a large green recreational area is provided for he benefit of the occupants.
The residential complex will also up to 7 storeys with a total floor area of 22483 sqm, constructed over several phases and specifically designed to afford panoramic views over the city.
