A+D Studio + Manor House, Northamptonshire

A+D Studio was appointed in April 2007 to develop a master plan for the redevelopment of this 30 acre site.

The project, which comprises 4 phases includes the redevelopment of the listed Manor House to create a hotel and conference centre, the restoration of a disused boat yard providing workshops, boat building facilities and mooring facilities, the creation of a new marina and 15 residential units and the development of 20 eco homes.
