In order to cater for increased tenant demand, A+D Studio secured planning permission for a 27,000 sq ft extension. Construction is now underway and due to complete in November 2009. When this site was originally acquired by C.S. Ellis it had an existing planning permission for 20,000 sq ft of warehousing. This has been increased to a total of 71,000 sq ft and represents a development density of 65% of the total site area.
